UAE - Mubasher: ADNOC Logistics and Services (ADNOC L&S), a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), has inked a 25-year agreement with the Petroleum Ports Authority (PPA) to provide all the petroleum ports in Abu Dhabi with marine services.

The petroleum ports include the onshore Jebel Dhanna Ruwais Port and the offshore Das Island, Zirku Island, and Mubarraz Ports in Abu Dhabi, according to a recent press release.

Under the agreement, ADNOC L&S will offer the PPA ports services, including pilotage, towage, line handling, and other marine services.

The CEO of ADNOC L&S, Abdulkareem Al Masabi, said: "This new agreement with PPA will allow us to utilize our resources strategically, and drive innovation that will boost performance, enhance efficiency, and deliver a seamless end-to-end service at all Abu Dhabi Petroleum Ports."

Meanwhile, the Senior Vice President of PPA, Jasim Al Khamiri, remarked: "This long term service agreement is the first of its kind in the UAE, and fits perfectly with our focus on sustainable and reliable operations."
