Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI), the benchmark index of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), ended Monday’s trading higher for the second consecutive session after rising by 0.49% or 41.03 points, settling at 8,334.65 points.
The market’s turnover totalled SAR 15.189 billion whilst the trading volume amounted to 672.462 million shares.
The telecommunication services sector rose by 1.56%, whilst materials and banks gained 0.53% and 0.17%, respectively.
Wataniya Insurance Company headed the gainers with 10%, whereas Saudi Fisheries Company (Alasmak) led the decliners with 4.44%.
Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company achieved the highest liquidity of SAR 733.991 million, while Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Company led the trading activity through the exchange of 60.175 million shares.
The Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) fell by 5.17% or 740.37 points, reaching 13,569.28 points.
Development Works Food (DWF) Company came on top of the falling stocks with 7.86%, whereas Saudi White Cement Co. led the rising stocks with 0.53%.
