Riyadh – Mubasher: Bank AlJazira’s board has accepted the resignation of Nabil Dawood Al Hoshan from his position as the bank’s managing director and CEO.

The resignation shall be effective from 7 October 2020, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.  

Moreover, the board has appointed Ahmed Sufiyan Al Hassan as an acting CEO, in charge of the bank until the documents required for appointing a new CEO are completed.

Al Hassan holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from King Saud University and has more than 18 years of experience in the banking sector. He assumed many positions and currently serves as the senior vice president and chief operating officer (COO) in Bank AlJazira.
