With reference to what has been received from GAFI regarding the company has been present at its headquarter for nearly three years and that it left the aforementioned store without evidence of the new headquarter, and in light of the provisions of Article (53) of the registration rules amended by the Board of Directors of the Financial Supervision Authority Decision No. 128 of 2020, The Listing Committee decided in its session held on 06/10/2020 to address the company again to provide EGX with the following:
-The Financial statements for the fiscal year ending in 2019 in addition to the financial statements for the periods ending on 3/31/2020 and 30/6/2020.
The evidence that the company has taken the necessary legal measures to amend the main headquarters of the company and what follows from the amendment of the articles of association.
- Disclosure reports explaining the shareholder structure and board of directors for the periods ending on 12/31/2019 - 3/31/2020 and 06/30/2020.
- Submit the form of the use of the subscription for the capital increase.
- Paying the dues of listing on the EGX.
And that is within 3 months from the date of the address of the EGX to it, and if the company is not committed to correcting the violations referred to above, the company will be presented to the listing committee to issue a decision to proceed with the procedures for deleting the registration of the company's shares from the tables of the EGX in accordance with the provisions of Article (53) of the rules of registration and delisting.
The Listing committee also decided to transfer the trading of the company's shares to List (D), with the continuation of stopping trading on the company's shares, as of the beginning of the trading session on Sunday 10/11/2020
