TASI rises 1.2% on Sunday; hits 14-month high
The market’s turnover hit SAR 11.7 billion on Sunday.

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) rose by 1.20% on Sunday, gaining 100.71 points to reach 8,513.26 points.

This marks the benchmark index’s highest level in 14 months, or since August 2019.

The market’s turnover hit SAR 11.7 billion today where 454.639 million shares were traded via 441,821 deals.

Aseer Trading, Tourism and Manufacturing Company (Aseer) led the green zone with 10%, whereas Buruj Cooperative Insurance Company headed the red zone with 5.61%.

At the sector level, materials added 2.96%, while telecommunication services and banks gained 1.25% and 0.68%, respectively.

Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Company led the trading activity through the exchange of 33.187 million shares, while the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) achieved the largest liquidity of SAR 852.202 million.

As for the parallel market, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) slipped by 1.38% to reach 14,794.62 points.

Sumou Real Estate Company was the top riser with 19.93%, whereas the National Building and Marketing Company came on top of the fallers with 19.24%.
