Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The board of Sudatel Telecom Group has recommended distributing bonus shares, equivalent to 4% of the capital, at four shares for every 100 shares for 2019.

The board also considered raising the capital of the company to $1.31 billion from $1.25 billion, according to the company's disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Monday.

It is noteworthy to mention that for 2018, the ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved to pay out 4% bonus shares at four shares for every 100 shares.
