Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Abdullah Abdul Mohsen Al Khodari Sons Company (Al Khodari) has accepted the resignation of Fawwaz Bin Abdullah Al Khodari from the CEO position.

The board has mandated Ali Bin Hussein Al Bou Saleh, who currently serves as the company’s chief operating officer (COO), to carry out the CEO duties until a new CEO is appointed, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

Al Bou Saleh has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering sciences from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. Working at the public and private sectors, he has over 26 years of experience in various fields, including energy, construction, infrastructure, services, oil and gas, as well as petrochemicals.

The board’s resolution was made effective on 20 October 2020.
