Riyadh – Mubasher: Jazan Energy and Development Company (Jazadco) was granted the Saudi Good Agricultural Practices (S.G.A.P) certificate on Wednesday.

Jazadco’s CEO, Bedour bin Nasser Al Rashoudi, has received the certificate on behalf of the company from the Saudi Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al Fadli, according to a bourse statement.

Al Rashoudi stressed the firm’s commitment to deploy the best and most advanced agricultural practices' technologies and improve agriculture operations that drive production sustainability and environmental safety.

She also revealed that the company is about to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the National Center for Research and Development of Sustainable Agriculture to start deploying the best agricultural practices for protected houses.
