The partnership is the second between DMCC and Bull&Roo

UAE - Mubasher: Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) has entered into a 10-year lease agreement with Bull&Roo Hospitality and Investments to open a new 3-level retail and F&B concept.

To be inaugurated in the second quarter (Q2) of 2020, the new retail and F&B concept is located at the Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) Central Park with more than 100,000 people, according to a press release on Wednesday.

Under the agreement, DMCC will manage the design, build, and delivery of the retail space, while Bull&Roo will introduce the concept through the interiors, conceptualisation, and retail operations of the space.

The partnership, which is the second between DMCC and Bull&Roo, is in line with DMCC's plans to improve the JLT lifestyle by offering residents and visitors with various dining options at the community-focused retail hub.

The Executive Chairman and CEO of DMCC, Ahmed Bin Sulayem, said: "The project represents an exciting moment not only for us and our wider community of 100,000 people, but also for visitors and neighbouring communities in Dubai."

Meanwhile, the Managing Director of Bull&Roo Hospitality and Investments, Tom Arnel, commented: "As we look to continue our expansion of inclusive and accessible concepts for Dubai residents to enjoy, we were thrilled to be introduced to the location and surrounding area by DMCC."
