Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s real estate developer Al Ahly Sabbour signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with New Giza for School Management (LVNG Learning Environments) to develop two international schools in the City of Odyssia in Mostakbal City

With a total investment of EGP 650 million, the two schools will be established over an area of 30,000 square metres, according to a statement on Wednesday.

The new project is forecast to start operating in 2023.

The CEO of Al Ahly Sabbour, Ahmed Sabbour, said that the agreement is “a tremendous leap towards creating a comprehensive cultural hub.”

It is our most important project to date, one that is set to bring immense value to the vital area considered as a golden triangle between Mostakbal City, New Cairo, and the New Administrative Capital,” he added.

For his part, Amr Elseginy, CEO of New Giza for School Management (LVNG), said: “We believe in the excellence and individuality of every learner; thus, we are keen to develop encouraging and stimulating educational environments that promote creative and self-discovery skills in academic, personal, sports, artistic, cultural and health domains, which we are thrilled to introduce to this new cultural and educational hub at Al Ahly Sabbour’s City of Odyssia.”

The City of Odyssia, covering an area of 528 acres, sees a total of EGP 29 billion in investments and is set for delivery starting from the end of 2022.
