Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group recommended distributing SAR 210 million worth of cash dividends to shareholders for the third quarter (Q3) of 2020.

The suggested amount represents 6% of the share’s par value or SAR 0.60 per share, according to a stock exchange statement on Sunday.

Eligibility of dividends will be to shareholders at the end of Thursday, 29 October 2020, as per the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.

The distribution date is 15 November 2020.

During Q3-20, the company gained a net profit of SAR 298.79 million, 50.9% more than SAR 198 million in the corresponding period in 2019.
