Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has suspended City Cement Company’s stock from trading for two trading sessions starting from Monday, 26 October.

The decision comes after the company had announced the end of the creditor objection period to reduce the capital by 26% to SAR 1.4 billion from SAR 1.89 billion.

The company’s stock will be back to trading on Wednesday, 28 October, after the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) reflects shares reduction on investors’ portfolios, according to a statement on Monday.

The fluctuation limits will be based on a share price of SAR 22.16 and the outstanding orders will be cancelled.
