Cairo – Mubasher: BETA Egypt is looking to invest EGP 1 billion in BETA Egypt New Cairo in Mostakbal City, the Chairman, Alaa Fekry, said.

The price of the 25-feddan land plot has been paid in full to El Mostakbal Urban Development, Fekry revealed in a press conference on Tuesday.

It has been self-financed, he added, ruling out the possibility of resorting to bank loans. 

The units of the projects are expected to be delivered starting from the second quarter (Q2) of 2021, he added.

 Around 65% of the construction works have been completed, he said, noting that the project is scheduled for completion in 2023.
