Cairo – Mubasher: DM Development generated EGP 700 million in selling 400 units in The Groove Sokhna Resort’s Brellia village and EGP 300 million in selling 102 units of the first phase of Sereia.

The property developer is also targeting EGP 400 million in selling the units of the second phase of Sereia and Capella during the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2020, the Managing Director of DM Development, Ahmed Abd El-Hamid, said in a statement on Tuesday.

“Moreover, the company targets reinforcing its sales in 2021 to achieve EGP 1 billion. Our plan is finishing sales of Sereia’s chalets, in addition to selling villas in the exceptional Gala and Capella,” he added. 

Global Waste Water Solution (GWWS) has been selected to carry out networks, utilities, and integrated infrastructure at The Groove Sohkna, which is situated on El-Zafarana road, 35 minutes away from the New Administartive Capital and 45 minutes away from Cairo new gates.

The resort features 1,700 residential, administrative, and retail units.
