Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Kathiri Holding Company on Monday said it has completed 90% of the construction work of Alian Industry Factory in Sudair City for Industry and Business.

Production lines of the new factory are expected to be operational by the beginning of the second quarter (Q2) of 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.

The factory works with Italian technology to produce 3D concrete panels.

The factory was expected to be ready during the third quarter (Q3) of 2020 but was delayed due to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic in Italy and the suspension of air traffic.

The company further clarified that it has imported and stored all equipment and machinery for production lines, noting that the human and technical personnel in the factory will be trained by Italian specialists.
