Riyadh - Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) extended its gains on Wednesday for the fourth consecutive day after edging up by 0.57% or 48.46 points to close at the level of 8,621.19 points.
The market’s liquidity stood at SAR 12.866 billion where around 529.220 million shares were traded.
Saudi Industrial Development Company (SIDC) topped the rising stocks with 9.97%, whereas Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. headed the falling stocks with 3.15%.
Methanol Chemicals Co. was the most actively traded stock on all levels after exchanging 47.136 million shares at SAR 588.57 million.
Materials and banks grew by 0.84% and 0.78%, respectively, while telecommunication services added 0.27%. On the other hand, energy dipped by 0.04%.
Meanwhile, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) slid by 3.68% to 20,324.06 points.
