Riyadh – Mubasher: AcwaPower is planning an initial public offering (IPO) in 2021, the company’s Chairman Mohammad Abunayyan revealed on Sunday.

In an interview with Alarabiya, the chairman said that the size of the IPO is yet to be identified.

However, Abunayyan noted that the offering will take place on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), adding that the company is currently carrying out deals worth around $59 billion.
