UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have maintained their upward performance by the end of Monday's trading session.
The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) rose by around 1.27% to end Monday's trading session at 2,354.24 points.
A total of 334.578 million shares were exchanged through 4,239 transactions valued at AED 372.241 million.
The market cap value increased by AED 3.4 billion to AED 329.04 billion, compared to AED 325.64 billion during the previous session.
Al Madina for Finance and Investment headed the rising stocks with 14.74%, while Gulf Navigation Holding topped the losing stocks with 3.15%.
As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index inched up by around 0.8% or 39.55 points to close Monday's trading session at 4,974.27 points.
Turnover amounted to AED 473.19 million after 106.24 million shares had been traded through 3,770 transactions.
Finance House headed the green zone with 9.68%, while Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB) led the red zone with 2.87%.
