Sadara Basic Services Company announces that its parent company, Sadara Chemical Company (Sadara) has satisfied the conditions specified by the lenders under the Sadara project financing documentation in relation to the achievement of the Project Completion Date (PCD). PCD is an important milestone marking completion of the Sadara project and follows satisfaction of the creditors reliability test (a monitored exercise designed to show that Sadara’s 26 plant chemical complex is operating at full capacity) in December 2018.
