Gulf Navigation Holding posted the highest trading volume

UAE – Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have ended Tuesday's trading session on a varied note.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) rose by 1.92% to settle at 2,399.50 points by the end of Tuesday's trading session.

A total of 331.04 million shares were traded through 5,223 transactions valued at AED 470.26 million.

Emaar Development led the green zone with 6.23%, while Al Madina for Finance and Investment topped the red zone with 4.59%.

Gulf Navigation Holding posted the highest trading volume of 49.35 million shares, while Emaar Properties recorded the highest turnover of AED 120.12 million.

As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index went down 0.54% to close Tuesday's trading session at 4,947.281 points.

Turnover amounted to AED 541.75 million after 142.03 million shares had been exchanged through 3,317 transactions.

Finance House came on top of the losing stocks with 4.12%, while Methaq Takaful Insurance headed the rising stocks with 5.28%.

Aldar Properties recorded the highest trading volume of 39.55 million shares and the highest turnover of AED 117.18 million.
