Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Samaani Factory for Metal Industries Company’s stock will begin trading on the main market starting as of Thursday, 10 December 2020.

The Saudi firm received recently the go-ahead from the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) to transfer from the parallel market to the main market with a capital of approximately SAR 25 million and about 2.5 million shares.

This brings the total number of listed companies on the parallel and main markets to 4 and 186 firms, respectively.

On 6 December, Tadawul suspended trading on the shares of Al Samaani to commence the transfer procedures.

The company requested the move in November and its board had approved the step two months earlier.
