Riyadh – Mubasher: Advanced Petrochemical Company’s board proposed a cash dividend distribution of SAR 140.7 million to shareholders for the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2020, bringing total distributions paid by the company for fiscal year 2020 to SAR 562.8 million. 

The recommended amount represents 6.5% of the share’s par value or SAR 0.65 per share, according to a stock exchange statement on Tuesday.

Eligibility of dividends will be to the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the general assembly’s meeting date.

In the January-September period of the year, Advanced Petrochemical’s profits declined by 26.7% yearly to reach SAR 416 million.
