Cairo – Mubasher: Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling Co said that the protests held by some of the company’s workers ended.

The company continues to operate normally after the end of the protests which have not impacted its operations, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.

Previously, the company said that some workers held protests against the shareholders’ decision to lower the bonuses of employees.

During the first five months of fiscal year 2020/2021, the company achieved net profits of EGP 465.13 million, up from EGP 632.94 million in the year-ago period.
