Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Minister of Health, Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, said the number of people registering to take the coronavirus vaccine in the kingdom has risen fivefold in a single hour after the Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman, had received his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine on Friday.
The crown prince received the inoculation as part of a national COVID-19 vaccination plan carried out by the health ministry, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
Commenting on the step, Al-Rabiah said, “I extend thanks and gratitude to HRH Crown Prince for his keenness and ongoing follow-up to provide vaccines to citizens and residents, as well, and his permanent directives to provide them with the best services.”
