Riyadh - Mubasher: Musharaka Capital Company announced distributing cash dividends of SAR 26.4 million to the Musharaka REIT Fund unitholders for the period from 1 July to 31 December 2020.

The distributions will be to 88 million units, at SAR 0.30 per unit, according to a stock exchange filing on Sunday.

Moreover, the amount represents 2.93% of the net asset value (NAV) as of 30 June 2020 and 3% of the unit’s initial price.

Eligibility of dividends will be to the unitholders registered in the records of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of 12 January 2021, end of the trading day on 10 January.

The distributions will be paid within 15 business days from the due date.
