Riyadh – Mubasher: Mulkia Investment Company will distribute cash dividends worth SAR 6.81 million to Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund unitholders for the period from 1 October 2020 to 31 December 2020.

The distributions will be to 681.086 million existing units at SAR 0.10 a unit, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.

Moreover, the dividends represent 1% of the unit’s initial price and 1.02% of the net asset value (NAV) as of 31 December.

Eligibility of dividends will be to the unitholders as per the unitholders’ registry at the end of 24 January 2021, end of the trading day on 20 January.

Dividends will be paid within 15 business days from the eligibility date.
