Cairo – Mubasher: Alexandria Flour Mills posted a 22.88% year-on-year (YoY) growth in its net profits, logging EGP 5.57 million during the first half (H1) of fiscal year 2020/2021, compared to EGP 4.53 million in the year-ago period, the unaudited financial results showed.

The company’s sales inched down to EGP 92.07 million in the July-December period of 2020 from EGP 92.63 million in the corresponding period a year earlier, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

During the first quarter (Q1) of FY20/21, the company achieved net profits of EGP 3.956 million, up from EGP 2.69 million in the same period in FY19/20.
