Riyadh – Mubasher: The Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) went down by 0.65% or 57.08 points at the end of Tuesday’s trading session to settle at 8,789.87 points.
The market’s liquidity reached SAR 5.4 billion today, compared with SAR 5.7 billion a day earlier. Around 160.1 million shares were traded via 250,146 transactions.
At the sector level, energy, materials, and capital goods fell by 0.1%, 0.87%, and 0.4%, respectively, while banks and telecom inched down by 0.96% and 0.07%, respectively.
On the other hand, healthcare, and software and services grew by 0.2% and 2.2%, respectively.
Saudi Arabia Refineries Company (SARCO) topped the gainers with 3.85%, whereas CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co. was the top loser with 2.58%.
Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. led the trading activity through exchanging 6.505 million shares, while SARCO logged the highest turnover of SAR 309.908 million.
