Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Investments has confirmed the news circulating about the company's intention to distribute cash dividends to the shareholders for 2020.

The dividend distribution percentage will be determined during the board meeting, according to the company's disclosure to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Monday.

Last week, the Chairman and CEO of Dubai Investments, Khalid bin Kalban, told CNBC Arabia that the company plans to pay out cash dividends for 2020 whose percentage is expected to be close to the 2019 distribution.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, the company's preliminary results reported net profits of AED 347.876 million, down from AED 657.42 million in 2019.
