Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi National Debt Management Center (NDMC) has closed the February 2021 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.
The issuance size was set at SAR 3.160 billion, the Ministry of Finance (MoF) said on Wednesday.
The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches. The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.93 billion, with total orders of SAR 4.005 billion and matures in 2028.
The second tranche, maturing in 2033, has a size of SAR 1.230 billion and total orders of SAR 2.110 billion.
