Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Al Shams Housing and Urbanization approved the appointment of Mohamed Ahmed Elwan El-Dib as the company’s chairman and managing director.

The board also decided to appoint Ayman Abu Bakr Mohamed, Tamer Mohamed Fawzy, and Mohamed Sami Hassouna as board members, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Thursday.

During the first nine months of 2020, the company reported net profits of EGP 106.66 million, up from EGP 96.96 million in the corresponding period a year earlier.
