Cairo – Mubasher: Aman Financial Services, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, is considering the issuance of securitisation bonds worth EGP 600 million.

The issuance is still pending approvals of the company’s board of directors and shareholders as well as regulatory and governmental approvals, Raya Holding said in a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

During the first nine months of 2020, Raya Holding for Financial Investments incurred net losses of EGP 53.69 million, down from EGP 58.16 million in the corresponding period a year earlier.
