Cairo – Mubasher: The net profits of the Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services Co (Egytrans) plummeted by 59% year-on-year (YoY) to EGP 13.06 million during 2020, compared to EGP 31.82 million, the unaudited consolidated financial results showed.

Sales fell to EGP 216.06 million last year from EGP 246.77 million in 2019, Egytrans said in a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

As for standalone business, the company logged EGP 13.86 million in net profits in 2020, down from EGP 28.27 million a year earlier.

During the first nine months of 2020, Egytrans achieved net profits of EGP 12.07 million, compared to EGP 30.02 million in the corresponding period a year earlier.
