Mubasher: One of the affiliates of Investcorp has acquired the majority of KSM Consulting, a US data analytics, technology, and digital transformation firm, from Renovus Capital Partners.

Under the terms of the transaction which have not been announced yet, Renovus Capital Partners will hold a minority stake in KSMC, according to a press release on Monday.

Established in 2008, the Indianapolis-headquartered KSMC offers smart and custom solutions to over 700 private and public sector organisations to reach innovative solutions and modernise business processes.

KSMC also provides services that tackle several challenges, such as accelerating ideal-fit company mergers and acquisitions through consolidated data reporting and technology integration.

Following the acquisition, Investcorp will continue KSMC's expansion across the US and broaden its service offerings, including the completion of strategic and value-creating add-on acquisitions.

Therefore, Investcorp will build on KSMC’s recent acquisitions of Colorado-based Tempus Nova, Ohio-based Advocate Solutions, and Indianapolis-based Connect Think.
