Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Mouwasat Medical Services Company (Mouwasat) proposed distributing SAR 250 million in cash dividends to shareholders for the year 2020.

The proposed amount is equal to SAR 2.5 per share or 25% of the share’s par value, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.

Eligibility of dividends will be to the shareholders on the ordinary general meeting’s (OGM) meeting date, as per the registered shareholders in the register of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the OGM meeting.
