Cairo – Mubasher: Watan Developments plans to invest about EGP 5 billion in commercial projects in the New Administrative Capital by 2025.

The company announced the launch of a new project in the new capital's Downtown area with estimated investments of EGP 1 billion, the Chairman Sherif El-Hawary said in a press conference on Monday.

Scheduled for delivery in 2024, the 11-storey project will feature 300 commercial, administrative, and medical units extending over an of 2,319 square metres, he added.

The company plans to invest EGP 500 million in the construction works of the project in 2021.
