Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of National Petrochemical Company (Petrochem) has recommended distributing cash dividends, equivalent to 7.5% of the nominal value, for 2020.

The cash dividend payout stands at SAR 0.75 per share, aggregating at a total amount of SAR 360 million, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The proposed cash dividends are distributing over 480 million shares.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, the company posted SAR 230 million in net earnings, down by 65.9% annually.
