Dubai - Mubasher: Binghatti Developers is set to deliver the second phase of the Binghatti Avenue project about one year ahead of schedule, according to a press release on Tuesday.

With investments of AED 600 million, Binghatti Avenue is located in the Al Jaddaf area of ​​Dubai Healthcare City and is built on a total area of about one million square feet.

“We are pleased to announce the handover of the second phase of our latest project in Dubai, ahead of schedule. It was supposed to be completed and delivered by the end of 2022, but due to hard work and high achievement ratios, it is decided now to be handed over in the first quarter of the same year," said CEO Muhammad Binghatti.

The project is a 35-storey residential tower with 650 units, including 454 one-bedroom apartments, 110 two-bedroom apartments, and 86 three-bedroom apartments, in addition to 28 three-bedroom townhouses.

Binghatti noted that the company have handed over 31 projects out of 35 launched since 2015.

The CEO pointed out that the real estate sector in Dubai is attracting investors with many factors supporting demand, especially ahead of Dubai Expo in October 2021.
