Dubai – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) has nodded to a cash dividend distribution, equivalent to 20% of the capital, for 2020.

The cash dividend payout aggregates a total amount of AED 560.546 million, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

During their meeting, shareholders set the last entitlement date on 24 March and the ex-dividend date on 25 March.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, the bank's profits dropped by 20% to AED 1.12 billion, compared to AED 1.4 billion in the earlier year.
