Dubai – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of National Central Cooling Company (Tabreed) has approved a cash dividend distribution of 5.75 fils per share for 2020.

During their meeting, the shareholders have agreed on issuing bonus shares amounting to 1 share for every 45 shares held by each shareholder, according to the company's disclosure to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Monday.

In the meantime, the OGM approved to authorise the board to issue non-convertible bonds and/or sukuk in one or more tranches with a total value of up to $1 billion.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, the net profits attributable to the equity holders of Tabreed amounted to AED 550.342 million, 16.5% higher than AED 472.479 million in 2019.
