Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The board of Dana Gas has approved to sell treasury shares in the market, according to the company's disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Monday.

The sale of treasury shares is part of the options the ADX-listed company is considering to raise funds.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, the company registered net losses after tax of AED 1.4 billion, against net profits of AED 575 million in 2019.
