Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Beltone Financial Holding approved the appointment of Mounir Amin Fakhry Abdel Nour as a non-executive chairman, succeeding Onsi Naguib Sawiris.

In addition, the board also approved the appointment of Amir Farouk Fouad and Alaa Mohamed Afifi as independent board members, succeeding Ehab Nabil Saleh and Maged Shawky Sourial, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

Bassem Mohamed Salah has been named a non-executive board member, as a representative of Orascom Financial Holding.
