Boursa Kuwait announces that based on the General Assembly resolution of Al-Deera Holding Company (ALDEERA), which approved the reduction of the capital; the company's shares will be suspended from trading on Tuesday, 30-03-2021 to Wednesday, 07-04-2021. The shares of the company will be active for trading on Thursday, 08-04-2021, after completion of capital reduction procedure.
