UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have ended Thursday's trading session in the green zone.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) inched up by 0.29% to close Thursday's session at 2,557.67 points.

A total of 115.11 million shares were traded through 1,828 transactions valued at AED 112.20 million.

Dar Al Takaful led the green zone with 8.72%, while BH Mubasher topped the red zone with 9.91%.

As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index went up by about 0.49% to settle at 5,941.52 points by the end of Thursday's session.

Turnover amounted to AED 980.7 million after 137.71 billion shares had been traded through 2,108 transactions.

Gulf Cement Co (GCEM) headed the rising stocks with 8.7%, while Palms Sports came on top of the losing stocks with 5.61%.
