Cairo – Mubasher: The board of Marseilia Almasreia Alkhalegeya Real Estate Investment has approved to increase the issued and paid-up capital by EGP 28.8 million to EGP 100.8 million from EGP 72 million.

The company's board has agreed on the capital increase by issuing bonus shares, and the capital raise will be financed from the retained earnings in 2020, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, the company's net profits increased to around EGP 19.27 million from EGP 10.68 million in 2019.
