UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have maintained their upward performance by the end of Tuesday's trading session.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went up 0.03% to close Tuesday's session at 2,574.08 points.

A total of 93.99 million shares were traded through 2,011 transactions valued at AED 156.43 million.

Dar Al Takaful led the rising stocks with 3.88%, while Emirates Refreshments topped the losing stocks with 9.96%.

As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index increased by around 1.08% to settle at 6,080.52 points by the end of Tuesday.

Turnover amounted to AED 810.96 million after 147.78 million shares had been exchanged through 2,777 transactions.

International Holding Co headed the green zone with 12.82%, while RAK Properties came on top of the red zone with 2.88%.
