Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of Alinma Bank approved, during the extraordinary general meeting, distributing 3% of the capital or SAR 0.3 per share as cash dividends for 2020.

The financial institution will disburse a total of SAR 596.12 million dividends to the entitled shareholders starting 21 April, according to a disclosure to Tadawul on Thursday.

Alinma Bank’s board recommended last month a dividend payout for 2020.

The bank had registered a net profit of SAR 1.97 billion last year, down by 22.4% from SAR 2.5 billion in 2019.
