Dubai Chamber members record 24% higher exports, re-exports in March
Dubai Chamber has recorded over 6,000 new member companies

UAE - Mubasher: The value of Dubai Chamber members' exports and re-exports reached AED 22.1 billion in March 2021, up by around 24% compared to the same month in 2020.

In the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, the value of the members' exports and re-exports rose by 6.5% year-over-year (YoY) to AED 54.8 billion, according to a press release on Sunday.

Meanwhile, 166,759 certificates of origin were issued by the Chamber in Q1-21, with 62,235 certificates in March.

Dubai Chamber has recorded more than 6,000 new member companies during the first three months of 2021, reflecting a 38.6% YoY higher growth rate.

The President and CEO of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Hamad Buamim, said that this data show recovery business conditions in Dubai, the positive impact of various stimulus packages, and the advanced logistics infrastructure.
