Dubai – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Dubai Investments has approved to pay cash dividends, equivalent to 8% of the capital, for 2020.

The approved dividends stand at 8 fils per share, amounting to AED 340.161 million, according to the company's disclosure to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Monday.

The shareholders have set the last entitlement date on 19 April 2021 and the ex-dividend date on 20 April 2021.

It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, the company's net profits decreased to AED 347.876 million from AED 657.42 million in 2019.
