Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Cement Company announced the distribution of SAR 225 million worth of cash dividends for the full year 2020.

This translates to SAR 2.25 per share or 22.5% of the nominal value of each share, according to a disclosure to Tadawul on Monday.

The shareholders of Arabian Cement have approved the board’s recommendation to pay SAR 1.25 per share as a dividend for the second half of 2020. This amounts to SAR 125 million that represents 12.5% of the capital.

Arabian Cement has also distributed SAR 100 million as cash dividends for the first half of 2020.

Eligible shareholders will be disbursed the dividends on 2 May.

The company posted a decline of 11.4% to SAR 184.9 million in net profits during 2020, compared with SAR 208.7 million in 2019.
